Gölles - Vinegar maker and schnapps distiller

The Gölles family has been cultivating orchards in the sunny, hilly country around Riegersburg fortress for four generations. Since the early 1980ies, the family has been focusing its production on fine vinegars and premium spirits. Committed to finding the perfect fruit for their distillery and vinegar production, the family also cultivate old and rare fruit varieties. In 1990 the Gölles family began to plant thousands of trees with old, rare varieties of wild plum, damson, Maschansker apple, "stag" and "sow" pear, as they are called.
While state-of-the-art technology is employed in transforming these and other high quality products into fine spirits and vinegars bearing the Gölles name, the crucial factor remains the experience and sensorium of Alois Gölles and his team.
Rogner Bad Blumau offers various Gölles spirits in its vinothèque and at the bar!
We sell about 49 bottles of apricot, raspberry and balsamico apple vinegar and vinegar vaporisers per year.
Opening times (direct sale):
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am - 12:00 and 1:00 - 5:00 pm.
Closed on Sundays and holidays!
